Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly.
Colossians 3:16
The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the foundation for our Christian faith. Therefore, the historicity of Jesus’ death and resurrection is crucial to what we believe.
Join Adjunct Teaching Pastor, Sanjay Merchant, as he discusses biblical evidences of these events.
COVID! Riots! Natural disasters! Militant Islam! Persecution!
It seems like the world is coming down around our ears! To many Christians, it appears these events are pointing to the return of Christ. Are we living in the End Times? How can we know?
Join Dr. Alan Hultberg, Associate Professor of New Testament at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, as we explore what the Bible has to say about the events of the last days and where our own days might fit into them.

Karla Burgin is a very active member of NCC, involved in the Music Arts and Biblical Foundation ministries. She is always reading a book, watching a TV show, listening to a podcast, or playing a game on her iPad – and she’ll give you her favorite picks any time. Karla, and her husband Rodney, live in Arlington, have been married for over 20 years, have attended Northshore since 2006, and enjoy sharing their home with friends and family – including the dogs who visit with them. Peggy is a retired RN and has been married for more than 4 decades to her cozy husband, Roger. They have been blessed with 4 kids, 9 grands (so far), and 2 cats. She love to play outside anytime the weather dryish, but when the rain falls she disappear into books, skeins of yarn, and endless cups of tea. And yes, when it comes to Bible study, she does homework for fun! One of my hobbies is automobiles and classic cars. I like to follow the NFL and college football. I enjoy the challenges of memorizing Scripture, taking rides with my wife - Kathy, and going out to eat with friends. We also like to have folks over to our house. Sanjay is a Professor of Theology at Moody Bible Institute. He and his wife have four children, and live in Roselle, Illinois.Karla Burgin
