I am a missionary living in Ukraine. I live just outside the capital of Kyiv, and work with battered women. Currently I teach English at a rehabilitation center for women in Kyiv and really enjoy what I do. I am always looking for those special “God moments” to be a blessing to others. I knew God was calling me into missions in Ukraine during a short-term missions trip in the spring of 2001, and ever since then God has given me a love and desire to serve the people of Ukraine. In the past I was involved in ministry to orphans, but God changed my focus to work with those affected by domestic violence (which I might add is a HUGE problem here).
