THE EXAMEN

The Examen is prayerfully reflecting on two questions before God. There are no right or wrong answers, but through reflection, we can hopefully discern how to live in the life-giving ways of God. Take a few minutes to quiet yourself and sit with the Lord in these prompts. Feel free to journal your answers if you find it helpful.

Search me, O God, and know my heart!
