Day 12

There is a sense in which we can welcome our restless heart. It may be an indicator to us that we are, perhaps, not as close to, or in step with, God as He would have us. Saint Augustine phrases it this way in his confession:

Because you have made us for Yourself, and our hearts are restless till they find their rest in Thee.
