What is prophecy?
What does it mean to prophesy?
What are the different types of prophetic messages in the Bible?
How can you be sure a message is from God and not the fabrication of an imaginative individual?
How is the New Testament gift of prophecy different from the God-inspired messages in the Old Testament?
Please join Dr. Sanjay Merchant for this free, in-depth seminar about the many ways God has brought His divine messages.
At the close of the Old Testament story, a small group of Israelites were reestablished in the Holy Land, the walls of Jerusalem and the Temple were rebuilt, and idolatry had been rooted out of the nation. When the New Testament opens, Rome is the ruling power, synagogues are everywhere, and there are groups called Sadducees and Pharisees badgering the Jews about every aspect of life.
What happened in the middle?
Galatians 4:4-7 describes how Jesus was sent by God "in the fullness of time", or at exactly the right time.
Please join Sanjay Merchant as he teaches us how each ruling empire prepared the way for the arrival of Jesus, and the spreading of the Good News across the world.

Join Adjunct Teaching Pastor, Sanjay Merchant, as he discusses biblical evidences of these events.
COVID! Riots! Natural disasters! Militant Islam! Persecution!

Join Dr. Alan Hultberg, Associate Professor of New Testament at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, as we explore what the Bible has to say about the events of the last days and where our own days might fit into them.
